Youth only Trout fishing event at Kaiser Lake
Saturday April 4, 2015
An all day youth trout fishing event will be sponsored by the McSherrystown Fish and Game for all youth under the age of 16. This event is open to the public. Adults will be able to assist the youth but not be able to fish. After noon on April 4, the lake will revert back to Members only.

This is an All Day Youth event. Limit of 3 trout per day
Anyone fishing in the pond after Noon that is NOT a member may be cited for trespassing.


South Central Outdoors for Youth Field day - June 6, 2015 at McSherrystown Fish and GameYouths may enjoy a free day of archery, fishing, target shooting, and much more!!!
Event starts at 8am, rain or shine. Registration can be completed online until May 15, 2015. We ask that everyone register online prior to May 15, 2015 to receive a T-shirts and hats for all participants. For Registration Information Open to the public

Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs
The PFSC represents our interests as hunters, anglers, trappers, and gun owners. It is also involved in environmental and conservation issues that affect us all. For more information please attend our regular monthly meetings which are held the last Tuesday of each month.

Hall and Pavilion Rentals
The Hall rental fee schedule (hall and kitchen) is $150.00. The pavilion rental fee will be $75.00. Please contact Bruce Study (717-476-0045) for additional information concerning the rentals. You do not need to be a member to rent the facilities.

Pheasant Update - The McSherrystown Fish and Game's pheasant program is currently being taken care of by Brian Bauerline. Brian lives in New Oxford and is able to check on the birds on a daily basis. He is also vice president of the Susquehanna Valley Chapter of Pheasants Forever where he uses his Vizsal (Hungarian Pointer) to guide for the chapter's Youth Hunt and Veterans Hunt each fall.
