As required by the bylaws, a bylaw change was discussed at the Feb 27th general meeting and is posted in the members only room, here and on facebook, there will be a vote March 27 at the general meeting.

To add a Section 6 under Article II – Conditions of Membership

Section 6 shall state:
All new members will have a one calendar year probationary period from their join date, in which they must complete 8 work hours on the associations grounds or at association events as directed by the trusties, officers, or committee members. If this requirement is not met, these members may be removed from the membership rolls at the Trusties discretion by a majority vote.

Firearm Ranges reminder you are responsible for your bullets, the pistol range has taken more then usual wear these last two months, if you are hitting wood-STOP, if your hitting the wood across the top your bullets are near the very top of the berm, you are shooting unsafely. All targets should be at least 1 ft from the hooks and any wood. Reminder you need to have your membership card on you when on club property including the Range, you are allowed one guest over 16 per member. Clean up after yourself, including shotgun wadds, targets, paper and anything else.

Any lastly the club is looking to do maintenance to the berms on the Firearm Ranges, if anyone owns or has access to a Excavator and would be willing to loan it or rent it at a reduced cost we could really use it, we do have a heavy equipment operator with 20+ years experience whos done the work before, so you would not have to do that part if not wanted. We are also looking for fill dirt if anyone is working on a project or crew that is looking to dispose of fill dirt.
