Rifle and Archery Ranges
In 1959 the club formed an Archery committee known as the Twangers. The commitee established a 14 target for bow and arrow contests. In 1979 the archery committee received approval to build a new archery range on land across the Little Conewago Creek from the clubhouse. In 1981 a new 14 lane target range was established.
In March 29th 1977 the club formed a blackpowder committee. The results from these efforts produced the Conewago Long Rifles. Over the years an annual Black Powder Rendezeous is held on the club grounds. A large dinner is held to all who attend the campout and enroll in their shooting skills, prizes are awarded.
