Firearm and Archery RangesThe club maintains a 22 acre Archery Range complete with 14 shooting lanes, an elevated platform, and open field with backstops-field point only is recommended. Feel free to bring your own bags and targets to use. Join them for one of their 3D Archery Shoots
The club maintains a Firearms Range directly across from the main clubhouse. It consists of a covered Rifle range with benches and shooting distances of 25, 50 and 100 Yards. A 30 Yard Shogun Pattern Range, and a 20 Yard Pistol range. Paper targets only are allowed.
New at the McSherrystown Fish and Game Fun Shoot for Rimfire Rifle or Pistol. New this year Adult Class 18+, for those who like to shoot without a youth. Over Under Team of two people one under 16 years old and one over 18 years old who is responsible for the youth. Entry is just $10 per team or $5 single adult per class, come on out and have some fun. May have a Pistol class if enough interest. Please come out and join us, we hope to grow this as well as add future shoots.

- Safety briefing at 8:45am - Shoot to begin at 9am - One shooter must be over 18 years of age (and responsible for younger shooter) One shooter must be under 16 years of age for Over Under class with prizes - Any rifle or pistol chambered in a standard rimfire cartridge is permitted - 3 classes o Rifle 25 Open Iron Sites or Magnification will be shot at 25yrds from the bench or standing, shooters choice o Rifle 50 Open optics (optic sights of any kind permitted) or Iron Sites will be shot at 50yrds from bench or standing, shooters choice o Pistol open (open sights or Non Magnified optics permitted) will be shot at 10yrds standing - Cost will be $10 per class for each pair of shooters (one class/ 2 shooters) or $5 Single Adult Shooter - Shooters may choose to shoot just one or all three classes - Scores will be totaled for both shooters and this will be your final score per class for teams - There will be 3 class awards top team, top adult and top youth.
